A wholly-owned subsidiary of Brookfield Homes, The Mortgage Group offers a broad range of competitive programs to assist you in financing your new dream home. We originate, process, approve and close conventional, FHA and VA first trust mortgages, primarily for the purchase of newly constructed homes. We also originate loans for existing properties.

Our Mortgage Consultants assist in the completion of loan applications and the assembly of credit documentation. They will also tell you about the various financing programs available to you. Throughout the process, our Loan Specialists will provide status reports and follow up on outstanding loan conditions.

Incorporated in 1982, The Mortgage Group was created to provide a full range of financing programs to purchasers of Brookfield Homes. Our management staff has a combined total of over 50 years of experience in the mortgage business. We are an approved VA and FHA lender with VA Automatic and FHA Direct Endorsement Approval.
